LAG Tramontane - The Wind of Change is Blowing (LAG Guitars)
LAG Guitars follow the enormous success of the 4 Seasons Acoustic guitars with a new breed of acoustic, namely the Tramontane.
Named after a seasonal wind that blows through the Southern Region of France where the LAG MASTER workshop is based, the Tramontane models once again demonstrate the perfect marriage of design and function for which LAG are famous.
There are 3 model variants within the Tramontane range – 111, 222 and 333 – and within each, is the choice of Dreadnought, Jumbo and Auditorium. The electro models all benefit from Shadow Electronics Nanomag Pickup which is built into the fingerboard, and Shadow's StudioLAG Preamp System which gives the player 5 of the best sounds you’ll ever hear from an Electro-Acoustic guitar. Tonewoods used are some of the usual suspects and are of course very high quality and beautifully finished.
The 111 series combines Spruce with Mahogany; the 222 Blackened Solid Red Cedar with Mahogany; and the 333 series uses the finest Natural Solid Red Cedar and Indian Rosewood. Each of the Tramontane models are graced with LAG’s new 3-a-side headstock design previously only used on the single-cut Imperator models.
Tramontane is now available in the UK from all LAG Main Dealers. Contact your local dealer for more information.
